It’s good to do HVAC maintenance in the spring and fall to keep your system running smoothly. We hire a honest company to come and check our systems on our rental properties and our personal house. Usually they offer a plan where you can pay roughly $20 a month and they include two maintenance scheduled checks and cleanings a year. Even though you can do all the cleaning yourself you want to have someone here who can top off the Freon if needed and check all of your systems components.
